Yes, the steel ones I know will work, don't know about the cast ones and the M66. You still need the clamp on the passenger door jamb. Put a renforcement plate on it or the cab will break.

Also the small parts have a tendency to find their way into the cup plugs in the top of the head, take a magnet and feel around in there too.

Just for S&G, take the cap off the MC and look down in there. LIGHTLY depreess the pedal a 1/2 inch or so and let it up. Repeat this and see if fluid is making a little geyser in there or if there are bubbles or just nuttin'. Report back.

As stated above, use the DOT air brake nylon stuff. There are fittings made that will be compression for copper on one side and compression for nylon on the other. Splice it an you are GTG. You'll need to replace the fitting on the air pak to the nylon tube type.

Why? All that extra crap is just more to go wrong. GM truck electronic locks were kinda prone to failure in the mid eighties any way. Same goes for the electric windows too. Leave it alone and just drive it.

On the in tank pump there is a hose between the pump and the outlet of the tank. It can rot, crack, break. Check that too.

Ditto on the Norton crap. I had nothing but slowed down computers and issues. About a year ago I switched from IE to Google Chrome and Microsoft Security Essentials. So far none of the IE issues have happened.
