You can always down load the TM's from this site. I did find wire #578, it goes to the Air pressure switches on the air tanks, they are under the right side of the cab by the tool box. I could not find wire 540.

That maybe the best thing to do is just repipe it and loss all the fuel piping. It is amazing at all the pipes under the trailer.

Sounds like you airpack (brake booster) has gone bad.

A friend of mine just passed away and he had a M54A2. She ask me to get it running and she is going to sell it. It had a cutoff switch on the battery, just needed to find the key and it fired right up.

You need to check the oil 1 min. after you shut down the truck, It is stamped on the the dip stick.

I did about the same thing on my M923A1, I added a 2nd light for the side turn signal.

The PTO only turns when the Transmission is in neutral. So I am thinking you have a problem with your HD pump or the winch.

Yes, A good 1/2" impact will do it.

You almost have to use a impact. The ones I have done that is what I did.

You need the same Lug nuts that are on the front.

I did a M35A2 bed with it. I used a Raptor liner kit. It looked great.
