So, what's the one thing you'd change?

You can create other folders, but they will still count to the PM count. It might be a good in service to show people how to make an important folder. Then move anything to "keep" in it. Then just get in the mindset of deleting things at one time that are left in the inbox. But that's more...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

I would assume you have a folder you've made as "trash" since it's not a default. I believe I can specify the system to clean older PM's across the board, but it wouldn't know what to keep or toss as swbradley pointed out.

PA - Summer 2014 Rausch Creek Steel Soliders Rally

Lt. Dan wanted me to share his number in case anyone would like to convoy with him. 48433665I7 He lives about 15 minutes from cabelas so he could meet there and shouldn't be out of the way.

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

I believe the comments will remain out for the for sale ads and in for the want ads. (It makes sense, given the original reasoning behind the change) As far as WIKI stuff goes. If ANYONE want to work on a wiki, please let me know!

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Unfortunately we're screwed on that. vBulletin didn't do the coding on it. Yahoo did. An exploit was found allowing the uploaded to be compromised by hackers. Yahoo basically said, we're done with supporting the YUI. And vBulletin left the users the choice of remove it and use the...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Yes, for the most part when you ask me, it's as though you're asking Chris. (Again, I can make operational changes, but I divert to Chris when it gets into the trademark, anything money related, exc.) The mods are members too, they just have to work for the site as well. So their concerns...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Chris is heavily involved in his business (which has greatly expanded opening up more clinics and offices). And now with his political carrier at hand, it's a lot for anyone to have on their plate. I talk and email with him frequently. Even I sometimes have trouble reaching him at times. Due...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

The RV thing. I hadn't even thought about that. But you're right, there's a lot of that here. As to the railroad forum. That's all on Adam to make it happen. :) Locally with an offsite backup with a database backup that is rotated. The owner has said he doesn't want dead links, so it will...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Please read back through the thread. Simply put, larger files, larger storage needed. Already at 60+gb of attachments. I really don't see any reasoning to split the membership levels. Joined dates can vary. Some people were here even in the 90's. But the site didn't exist before the 90s...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Let me try this again. Please offer suggestions WITH reasoning behind why the change should be made. The reasoning should be more than simply "I want it". I could do that, but honestly that wasn't the point of paid membership. That would be a Chris call since we're moving into the realm...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Wait, good point about the PM though. If you could rummage around and find HEMTT/PLS/HET threads as well as the odd duck 915/916/920 threads and PM them to me or the staff, it'd be noting more than us opening each link and using the admin tool to move the thread to another area. I would just...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

See the problem with moving is that it can only be done by moderators. Hitting report button would just pile up new threads in the staff forum. I could perhaps grant a person control over the 5 ton section to move them. I didn't want to splinter the forums any more than they already were...

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

I get where you're coming from. That's one thing I personally don't like. But it's the wish of the owner. Remote links go dead. People delete images. That's why the site is setup like it is. I will see about increasing the number of photos per post as it would help me personally if 20 were...

    Newbie Here from Northwest GA

I know exactly where you're at. I take 120 to and from work. My sister actually got married at the Bullock farm place.

Dallas eeh? I pass through there on my way to and from work.

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

Yes, I've had these threads before. They turned into a rant/complaint thread. That's why I asked for the ground rules in place. But I see they're not being followed out of the gate. Again folks, please let me know what you'd change, why you'd change it, and how it'd benefit others.

So, what's the one thing you'd change?

The only way I could see that flying would be to setup a forum that's an opt-in basis only. That sounds like an issue on your PC. The google search bar and button should be just above the advanced search link. Hmm, if there's not a major hack involved, let me see what I can do with that...
