Hypothetical question. You were given the reigns of the site and were allowed to make a change. What would your change be? Why would you make the change? How would the change be an improvement?

I can tell you what we've done in the past when it comes to TH400's.
I will warn you, this is a hack job up front. But when we'd blow a TH400 in a mud truck, we'd take a TH400 2wd from a truck/car/whatever. Instead of tearing it down, we'd simply cut the output shaft length down. Worked...
Did you use the right oring? Did you clean all the surfaces? Was there any rust in them? Have you soaked them with soapy water to find the leak? Did you use any lube on the rings?

Hard to give a specific weight as there's so many variables. However, you'll be over 10K I'm afraid. From what I've seen, bobbers weigh from just under 10K to 12K on average.

Yeah that's a hyd setup not a DC winch. Wouldn't be something that would be easy to make a quick detach mount. Although I guess you could make a "wet line" port setup from the hyd system of the truck. But since the CUCV is a hydroboost brake setup, I don't think I'd want that risk. The other...
