    CTIS valve block

The configuration is pretty simple, it is 3 solenoid valves a 6.5 PSI pressure relief valve and a 0-100PSI pressure sensor. Was just playing with a modular solenoid valve to replace the fan clutch solenoid. I am pretty sure I could put together a CTIS manifold using 3 of the modular valves…...

    What is this?

That’s true for an electrical contact, but for a solenoid valve, closed is closed(no flow) and open is open(full flow)…

    A1R ignition relays

Thanks! Someone sent me a great pic, they are right under the PDM boxes accessed from the top of the PDP area…

    A1R ignition relays

The one in the bottom of the pic is a bussman 40A circuit breaker like the one in the link below. Not sure what the one in the top is(might be a diode pack), but the wire TL numbers you gave are not associated with the ign relays…...

    A1R ignition relays

Where are the 12 and 24v ignition relays K1 and K2 physically located on the A1R?

    M1078A1P2 Air Dryer

When you say QR valves what exactly are you referring to? When the air system reaches set pressure the governor/unloader on the compressor unloads the compressor and sends system air pressure down a small control line. That line runs to the purge valve control port on the dryer. If you are not...

Couple of air line questions / Secondary tank

Something I have noticed since I removed these valves is that my truck is holding air really well now. I havn’t run it in nearly a week and it is still setting over 90PSI as of this morning… I suspect this valve was leaking air back into the park air line…

Help needed/truck stuck - Cycling pneumatic relay under PDP in 2000 M1088 w/3126

Could be, also could be a bad ground power or pressure sensor or wet tank sw. what are the indicator lights doing?

Help needed/truck stuck - Cycling pneumatic relay under PDP in 2000 M1088 w/3126

Unplug your CTIS controller and see if that stops it. You can also turn on the fan fording sw to see if that stops it. If it is cycling regularly it is probably the CTIS… If CTIS STOPS IT, just leave it unplugged and check your tire pressures and drive home. If the fan sw stops it remove I...

Couple of air line questions / Secondary tank

Yea there wasn't any option to post in the TM section when I looked to do this a while back, so I assume it will take an admin to allow it…

Couple of air line questions / Secondary tank

You would have to do that yes as it would deliver park air to that line when you released the park brakes. In my case I had already removed that line when I deleted the front gladhands. That line runs up to behind the drivers side grill to the output of the top 2way check valve. There is a...

Couple of air line questions / Secondary tank

The one off the secondary tank is a 2way check with that remote control valve in your pic attached. It uses park air to control air supply to the manifold and AOP. Keeps someone from raising the cab once the park brakes are released. The 2way it is attached to provides pri or sec air. The...

LMTV Fuel Priming Problem After Filter Change

The Baldwin alternate filter is the BF1222. Yes it deletes the plastic bowl and heater and has it’s own drain valve. Have used them for years at work… NO, you should not get fuel out of the drain port on the bottom of the filter when priming. Sounds like your drain fitting is loose or not...

The FB group is accepting members, but it is not just click and go, there is a process(read the instructions carefully) as we screen every applicant to try and keep the spammers, scammers and bots at bay…. I wouldn’t short you guys, I posted the same pics here that I posted there and there are...

Another A0 door handle and latch option.

Not quite sure what you are looking for, it wasn’t much cutting and a dremel with a fiber cutoff wheel did it easilly. there were 2 rivets/spot-welds to drill out on the inner door skin(circled in the first pic). the first two pics on the initial post in this thread pretty much shows a before...
