If the line looks ok put a vacuum gauge on the end where it plugs in to the modulator and see if vacuum is there...you can also check at the pump as well...both of mine have a t with one end capped at the pump...I replaced both as one was cracked up and leaking.
I should have known it was somewhere in the left light circuit!! The left signal on the dash was lit up...shows it was back feeding into the system...the dash lights turned out to be a haphazard install of the harness on the back of the cluster...a bunch of the printed circuit was crushed and...
Absolutely harmonic balancer if you haven't already!! I did mine a month ago and found it was about to come apart...can't see it when it's on the truck...very worth changing...check the front pulley as well...might be rusted out...the other thing is belts too.
I found the issues with most of the lights! I managed to get the one under the dash to work...gauge lights still aren't on but I'll take the cluster out tomorrow and check the bulbs...there were many things wrong but the final fix was the back feed I played heck to find...turns out the left...
Ok...got a bunch done the last couple days...removed the old wiring for the lights that were on the plow...my lights worked kinda for a few times but never really came on good...dull...pointing to a ground issue...got to a point that they didn't work at all...anywhere...before the light harness...
That looks like it will work great! I like the dual output with the fire valves on them...I use the same thing on my tanks and furnace...I think they are code now for that application.
So the kiddo started cutting out the passenger side floor tonight...the structure is way better on this side but still has about 20 patches that were welded on top of the original floor...It'll be nice not to have to fabricate that stuff this time and just clean up and fit new floors...rockers...
So got a new toy for bodywork...the spot welder that attaches pins for a puller...I can't believe how great this thing worked...got a 6 inch smash on the truck pulled to about a quarter inch...little more to do tomorrow but it won't take much. Tires should be here Friday!

This makes me happy to watch! Glad you found it and that it is running great...these machines really got some serious output...I didn't know they'd hit 57 amps! I will look into that gauge...be nice to have one in the house so I don't have to go out to see what it's doing.
In my world I think it really has to do with location...I'm in central Pa...weather doesn't swing crazy hot for long so condensation inside my tanks isn't much of an issue...plus I keep them full...all 3 are not in direct sunlight and have some form of cover from sunlight...I have them set up to...
if the engine is rotating, as in turning over, then you have a fuel issue...have you tried to bleed the fuel filter yet or check if fuel comes out when the engine does rotate? Have you checked how much fuel is in the tank and not by the gauge? It may have run out and got air in the system...
I looked at the screenshots of the voltage screens...those are nice to have...I assume they're in the house so you can see what's going on...I know you said random times it bogs over 40 amps...the screen shows you're at 240 volts at 13,500 kw at 56 amps...any chance it's hitting overload and...
I have had decent success in removing those with a chain wrench and small car floor jack...the one is for trains which is way to much but the other is a standard blue point that's about 2 foot long and grabs like crazy and is easy to control...I leave about 5 to 8 inches of the ground rod above...
I just looked at both of mine, truck and blazer...they have the same color wire going to the fuse block...I took a pic and pulled it with my knife so you can see which one it goes to the solenoid...I've pulled these ends out of the fuse box before to replace ends but not sure where to get those...
Well...my 1008 and 9 both have just one little wire coming off of them...the other is the battery wire which is a 2 gauge wire...I just did the blazer wire the other day that connected to the solenoid...it goes up through the harness over the back of the engine to the fuse block under the brake...
I thought it was a diode but couldn't remember for what! The WIF light does work now so it's probably ok then right!

Been an ok week getting a few small things done on both Ms right now...today is very rainy though so not much will get done today...the blazer got new eyelit ends crimped on so the original style clamps could be put on with the covers...the blazer got a harness donation from the one left in the...
So new calipers locked up in 5 or so years?...nuts! I'm assuming you popped the bleeder loose or cracked the line to see if the pistons can be pushed back in...my guess is the pistons rusted in place...what brake fluid did you use? Some brake fluids need changed more than others...I'd guess dot...
