The wiring diagram is in the TMs. Are you using the -24 or the -23? The P2P also has a superb wiring diagram and pictures of each component. I would say a good start is to reconnect the two cut wires... That may be why your light is continuous and no-go on initialization.

Doesn't the TM say to flush with diesel? I know all the auto and tractor manuals from that era say to flush with diesel. I had a similar situation on my 1950 JD tractor and a good diesel flush did the trick. All the rust may be a problem down the road but you never know - you may get lucky...
I look forward to seeing more pics (your post #5). I also invite anyone else with a fender mount antenna to post pics as well if that's ok with the OP.

Where does one tie the antenna down? You have yours towards the back but the mirrors prevent them from tie-ing down all the way (less than 11 feet in height or so). I thought I saw another post where they said they tie down towards the front of the vehicle on the opposite side. So for the...
I just finished my M116A2 and here are some useful NAPA numbers:
Axle Seal 22532
Bearing/Race BR25580/BR25520
Flexible Brake Hose 5784
Slave cylinder overhaul kit 264
Master cylinder overhaul kit 137
Napa also carries the entire slave cylinder but its more expensive than etrailers.com...
Mine's held on with a hex nut. There's a square shaft coming out of the valve body that the lever sets on. Not surprising there are variable designs. Yes, I'll have to just dive in and see why my shaft is so loose (the nut is tight).
Thanks,

Ya, I've been looking for one for awhile too - same thing - shaft is loose. I agree, the price is high (your link). Is the one for the 800 series the same as the 900 series??

I bought an NOS one on ePay for about $50. It is definitely worth it - heavy duty, nice unit. The part number is in the TM. I mocked up a tire change and it works well. Don't forget the accompanying chain to hook the tire to the chain fall.

It's called "modulator and cable". See the adjustment sections of TM 9-2320-272-24-1, Volume 1, page 3-398 AND TM 9-2320-272-23-3, WP 0365, (page 0365-1).

There is only one pair of axle sensors on the 900 series... making your conversion that much easier. Check out the ABS section of the TMs. Chapter 4 in the -23 series. Also check out the ABS WMO instructions. That will get you heading in the right direction. I recommend you test your ABS...
The battery relocation kit does not call for insulating the wires near the exhaust. The directions that came with the kit have the wires going back much further (rearward) that what you have done, resulting in adequate distance from wire to pipe. I've checked mine a couple of times and the...
