98G - If I understand your post correctly, you first took the batteries out to exchange them and next you will clean the compartment out.
How did you safely get the batteries out of the compartment before cleaning out the acid? Did you wear gloves (what kind)? Were there any breathing...

Okay, that gave me a good chuckle! The first thought that came to mind was that I do not own enough small firearms to live in Greenspoint. However, since I commute into downtown Houston daily for work, I still consider Montgomery (55 miles north) to be just north of Houston.
