All the tires finally showed up.
Took a while.
Just replaced the torn tire today since I ran out of time.
Rest will be done tomorrow.
Posted part numbers and info about the rims since I had them apart.
Just before it was moved to final location and hooked up.
The missing hold down on the door vent was installed right after this pic was taken.
The small a/c that I installed did a great job of keeping it cool.

As for the fuel hose under the manifold, I can’t answer that.
Mine had been replaced by the Military shortly before I bought Truck.
I’m not exactly sure.
Unless there was a small crack that I didn’t see when I first got Truck.
Small crack was made bigger by engine vibration.
Gasket is used between manifold and filter housing and wingnuts always tight.
I did just replace all the injectors, which smoothed out the idle...
I use mine often.
On a dark night with eyes acclimated, the BO light is more than bright enough to drive around and not hit anything.
Even used it on a less traveled county dirt road and it was just fine. Not smart, but fine.
Good luck on finding the gasket by itself.
Probably will have to buy another assembly that has gasket.
Weather striping cut down works in a pinch also.
Had to install a bolt in the surge brake lockout hole.
Haven't received new surge shock yet and needed to use trailer today.
3/8” x 4” Grade 8 bolt and nylon locknut. Longer than needed but worked.
Definitely a difference in stopping without trailer brakes.
It will say DOT 5 on the container.
Most shops won’t have it.
It is more expensive but worth it.
I buy mine on amazon.
It is NOT compatible with others.
Have you replaced your rubber brake lines, front and rear?
If their original they need replaced regardless.

Did you get Truck at surplus auction or private seller?
Some guys try and “improve” Truck/systems and just make things worse. Usually much worse.
