Ok Unless there's 4 holes where the plate use to be, it's not a true CUCV. You still have a great truck and it can very easily be made to look like the real thing. I would be nervous driving that on the LBJ. DFW isn't known for slow drivers, as I'm sure you know.

New wheels should be fine. It's the stud spacing that's critical. But Im not 100% positive. Someone will chime in soon for conformation. Looks like fresh paint on trailer. Unless your going for showroom finish, the CARC paint takes new paint very well.
