Like my donor truck, the XM387.
According to a gentleman who runs a website about the Redstone Missles, he informed me there were *very* few of them built.
Sadly, it looks like it's missing a tailgate... those are almost worth the value of the truck...
As far as the coil goes, is the replacement chrome or black? Chrome tend to be Chinese and npt last as long.
Items to looks for before attempting to start:

When I first put the soft top on my M715, I thought "Lord, that frame bow hill is the ugliest thing I've ever seen!"
I was researching hard tops for it recently (just wandering across the web, no intent to change it any time soon" and came across the hard top offered by Boyce, and my first...

Both my 5 ton and M715 are registered as FMVs in Louisiana and have no plates. As @G744 stated, don't worry about them or the scales. The scales are for commercial vehicles, not us. Carry a copy of the pertinent Texas law with you in your registration/insurance paperwork.
As far as being...
One thing to keep in mind: hydration hydration hydration! You'll be sweating a LOT during that drive. Be sure you bring plenty of water in the truck with you and be sure to replenish electrolytes (it's what plants crave!).
If you get tired, pull over!
If I'm home from offshore when you pass...
Worst case scenario, put it in gear and hit the starter to move it.
**edit**
When Iost the power wire to the distributor on my M715 that's how I loaded it onto and off of the trailer and into the shop to work on it.
Don't do it all at once or you'll burn stuff up, but short runs will...
