At the front of the bed like pictured there are usually long bolts with some springs on them. That bed looks to be swapped onto the truck of course so that would explain those bolts.

Can anyone who has a minute mount plow on their CUCV get some info for me? I have a set of push plates but I’m missing the angle braces between them (number 3 in the diagram). If someone wouldn’t mind getting me the specs on them I’d really appreciate it.

The plug is just used when fording the truck so you’re all set. On most trucks there’s a holder with it right next to the hole.
Your problem is unrelated and could very well be weak batteries.
More progress on the m416. Added the metal brake lines and LED lights and wiring. Still need to install a new rubber brake hose and bleed out the brakes. I’ll have to check the bearings too. I kinda like how the m101a3 jack turned out.
