I am in need of the measurement from the front of the skid frame to the front of the M116 gen trailer so I can drill holes to bolt the set down. My trailer was setup for the older gas sets in tandem. Looking for factory mounted set measurements please.
Thanks
4th trip to Dogheads this past Friday to recover 5 M101A2's a MEP-003A and a deuce winch kit. Left Maine 9pm Thursday arrived Friday 745am. DH had the wrecker warmed up and ready to load. DH loaded the first one then handed the controls over to my son and with some DH instruction had him...
Saw this trailer for sale on ebay 260589391797. It has 16" wheels and if you look at the u-bolts they don't look like they have been taken off indicationg the axle is original. Curious how they may have done this, perhaps change the hub? Looks like it would make the 105 more user friendly. Just...
Heading back to DH's to pick up some more trailers this Thursday night, 22nd. Will be headed there with the 28' gooseneck empty. Return trip will be pretty full but I can always find room for smaller stuff. If I can help let me know.
There is a 10k Mep on ebay 230458810389. From my experience the vented side cover means 400Hz. I contacted the seller with no response yet. Make sure you always check before purchasing one that it is 60Hz. They also don't mention the fuel tank is missing.
Thanks to pctrans for his efforts getting me a part I needed for my M116 gen trailer. Great communication and attention to detail, even included the mounting hardware.
Thank you
Left Maine 10:30pm Wednesday night arrived at Eric's around 9:30am Thursday morning. With the help of Eric's backhoe loaded 6 trailers on the 28' gooseneck. 1 M105, 1 Tool trailer and 4 M101's. A tight fit but they all fit. Met with Lance there and delivered his MEP-026A and he helped with the...
I will be heading to Dogheads Wednesday night for a mid AM arrival Thursday. Headed down with a empty 28' trailer, if I can help let me know.

Tracked down the NAPA 6TL part number today, it's 7256D. I know a few members were looking for the number.
I have a Deka dry charge 6TL battery and need a second one, if anyone has a source for them please let me know, would like to have a matching pair.
Does anyone still offer a winch bumper/mount for the older Dodge trucks like the 880? I searched the web for a while and all I found were late model applications. Thanks.
How about a big flashing light on the main board when someone is broke down and needs help? Like the pm light but bigger. These cries for help can get pushed off the front page or not noticed. Let the poster be able to activate the light on a roadside help forum.
Caught all but red handed, the infamous GL dent machine idle while the operator takes pictures of his victims. Just to rub it in, he even mentions the dent in the description.
Left Maine 9pm Thursday night, drove straight through to ziggyo's in NJ and picked up some trailer bows, it was 6am and still dark so no pictures there. Left ziggy's and headed to Phila, PA to pick up a MKT for WPNS421. Arrived in Phila. around 8am and picked up the MKT at Eastern Surplus. First...
Just fired the 10k for the first time, ran it right up to 60hz, voltmeter shows 120v but I have no power at the outlets or terminals, breaker is closed. I removed the side cover under the terminals and I notice one wire has been removed from the circuit breaker next to the outlets and is taped...
