    you can always call trail worthy fab and have them make you a set with the correct back spacing and 6 bolt pattern. Mohawk dave runs 37's on his m1009 with stock axles. he might be more of a help.

    no its not a bad idea. are you planning to lift the M1009? if not i would run a smaller tire.

    open the top bolt and stick your finger in it should be full if it touches your middle knuckle on your finger.

    Better low range over a 208. Also you can install a slip yoke eliminator on it.

    431 for a tcase is crazy you can find a used one cheap. check on pirate 4x4 for a used one. and cl your in so cal tons of wheelers down there who don't use the 208. i bet you can find one for 50 bucks.

    Looks good man. you will love the cross over steering. you might look at hydro assist with the large tires at some point.

    Is the fan just fixed to the pulley with a spacer or no fan? Whats the current set up you have Pics would help.

    take the axle you have apart. see whats bad. it might just be missing the axle shaft. i think the disk brakes are a great idea.
