Yea. I spent hours searching, drilling the ID out wasnt too horrible to do. Slow cut speed and a drill press make it easy.

Not a total loss, most things wont care about frequency, the ones that do care are things with motors or things that use line frequency to run a clock

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere (or bad contact) if its killing all the controls id look at the dc breaker estop and the common points of the stop run switch.

If memory serves, its not as much being used as a rectifier, but more as a set of blocking diodes. Youd really need to look over the wiring diagram to see what to cross
