Nice truck, I just got mine running and painted.

I have put commercial dump bodies on 5 tons ,I used a stock pto with the rear accessorie drive.Come off the rear drive with a drive shaft that runs to the hyd pump.You will to fabricate some control linkages.

Weld a handle on the punch,Thats what I did.Saves on mashing your hand.
