Is there two different type or air packs on the M35s? the new one that I got from Eastern Surplus is different than the one on my 1968 KAISER-JEEP M35A2W/W!

How hard is it to rebuild the air pack?

They only release when the air pressure gets below 5# So it looks like I need a new air pack.

The brakes work without air. Could it be the air pack?

The Master Cylinder is bran new.

I loosened it up today . I turned the Master Cylinder rod all the way into the linkage! I am running DOT 5 Brake fluid in it. As soon as I have air. and step on the brake all six wheels are locked up!

Looks like I am back to square one! I got my master cylinder replaced, brakes bled! Step on brakes, and all 6 are locked up! any idea?

How do you bleed the Master Cylinder on a M35A2? I have checked the manuals, and I do not have access to a power bleeder.

Must have worked! I am not Fluent In ARMY TALK, But I am very good in SAILOR TALK! I got it out today, will try Thursday to get the new one in!
