you need 1 ton u-bolts for the front and rear. you should get a steering block I got one on ebay for $60

looks good. I would cut the receiver at a 45* then box it for a cleaner look. I did a front hitch so I can do the same plus run other stuff in it.

if your getting 14v from both alternators with the truck running, you are fine. It could be the gauge. IIRC the gauge is 12v with a resistor to cut the power in half for the gauge reading. I don't really trust any of the gauges in old school chevys.

a pump from a 93 puts out more fuel. I could use some more my engine run cool with my banks kit.

no....you can buy a whole motor cheaper.

If you have a turbo I would get a mechanical pump off a 93 diesel.

yea if your doing the banks kit you need a civi tray. The 6tl are over kill for these trucks. Mine 6TL cracked my inner fender too. If you got $ buy 2 blue tops.
