I had the same problem. My ip was 180 out. All of the marks lined up:doh: but I could not clearly see the red tooth on the hh gear (not lined up):doh:. I lined the engine marks up and spun the ip 1 revolution.. Now it runs great.

Just one more nail in the coffin of not surplusing anything, but destroying it all.:sad::sad::sad:

Did you stick a meter on the lugs to see if the guages stopped working? 1 of my oo2's guages are wierd but the output is smooth and steady.

Are you trying to keep th trailer stock looking? If not add another set of lights with a seperate plug. 1 for 24v and 1 for 12v. This is how I wired my m101a1. Hope this helps.
