agreed I found that pulling something small up a slight slope works well when re-spooling after the fact. (I used a toyota pick up)

as much force as it had to take to do that I would be suprised if that is the only thing bent/ broken. I would at the very least pull apart and inspect the spindle on that corner and keep a close eye on it in the future.

question about brownie boxes... Not that you would want to, but could you install it backwards and get a .38 : 1 overdrive ratio and a 1.33 : 1 underdrive ratio?

I made mine out of 4" pressure rated PVC, with a schrader valve on top for pressurization plumbed into the MC with a length of brake line.

do you have any part numbers for the filter mount on the left?

the cherokee is a little smaller than your LC, but should give you an idea of scale. Empty I don't think you would have a problem, but with a load on it I think it would push you around pretty badly if you have to swerve or brake hard.

is your hook mount where you could measure/take some close pics of it?
