If my memory is correct im at about 2100 to 2150 RPM at 75 which is about 1800 for 70 Its been sitting for the last year . But getting ready to streach its legs again soon :-)
Did you try the opposite? Take your line loose before the pump and pressurize the tank to see if you can push fuel thru the system ? I have had to do this on my 813 when I had issues.
Did you try and remove the air line from the out board Passanger air tank and fill it with air tool oil ? Then put it back on then let it build air and try it ?
A couple of things come to mind here. The trans has a heater that is located around the manifold. Make sure its plugged in and working !! anything below freezing and it should be on, There is a temp switch on the manifold.If it doesn't Id be looking at the relays and circuit breakers in the...
