Could someone measure there M1028 front spring hanger width , I just received new bushing and new heavy Duty shackle kit from ORD, and the steel liner bushing measure 3.500 and my truck measures 3.750 they told me that some must have changed the hanger out. They told me that Chevy all measured...

paint What type of CARC paint are you using . And yes it will hold up. Just make sure you shake the paint at least 3 time to get the high solid pigment mixed, Some paints you mix with water and catalyst.

Great product easy to use and clean up a breeze. Goes on nice and flat /smooth.

Sunlight for the first time Here is a picture as of now . More pictures to come, still have more to do just some little things . Drove it to work today ride nice was surprised with the tires . Need to work on shift points 2nd gear about 35 mph 3rd about 45 mph .

Dave the truck sits high , I didn't catch the things you saw. I will touch up theses areas . As far as the warning stickers I have no idea where to get some of theses stickers. If you give me a vendor for some of these stickers I would appreciate it. Also thanks for the complement.

Exhaust Here is the exhaust I finished cutting and welding today . I used 409 stainless steel pipe . I think this was the hardest part of project. I also raped the down pipe with exhaust rap tape .
