Diesel doesn't need to be Pressurized at the tank. In fact it's gravity fed to a mechanical fuel pump then to the injection pump where its pressurized...
No inspection. But my hmmwv I have just done a control box and glow plugs... Maybe 300 miles in the last 3 years now. Should be due for fluids. But I never take her on black top.
The pvc replaces the run flat. And vis versa.
Btw guys these 2 piece bead locks are not dot compliant. Go through a weigh station or dot enforcement with them on, and you'll have your pocket book emptied...

You use a half inch breaker bar and have a friend tighten the bolt.
Belts get more tension with heat. Trick is tighten them enough that they don't squeal...
I never liked the push button auto start.
My genset has a gcu-10, and I find it annoying. would work very well for those folks that are deleting their control boxes. But that's a tangent.
