My hmmwv had the x's fur popped rivets and a cracked weld on a rear cross member. Gp Failed on those, but they're a crap shoot.

You use a half inch breaker bar and have a friend tighten the bolt. Belts get more tension with heat. Trick is tighten them enough that they don't squeal...

You're not going to get enough cfm from electric fans. Just won't.
