I have those same tires on my A3. I too found the truck a little bouncy at first-but now they seem smooth. Maybe they "seat" in or something. I really like these tires.
Your truck looks great with those big shoes.

I picked one up-thought it was from a SS member. Checked through my inbox (Steel Soldiers) and dindt find who it was. I will check my work computer on Monday-may have got it off Ebay.

Built this for my M36A3. Used a 4" square tube for cross member. Welded an Etrailer recvr to it. Fabricated 3/8" thick side mount plates. These plates mount to bottom of frame using existing frame holes. Using an adjustable aluminum drop ball mount with this. Aslo picked up an electrical adapter...
I have done a hitch to my A3. Used a 4" square tube cross member with end plates that allow tube to bolt to side plates. Makes assembly easier. After mounting, I discover that my cross bar is to low and would catch on things when off road. Have had two new 3/8" thick shorter side mounts made up...
The guys who picked up my A3 where on a short trip. The A3 weighs about 13,500 pounds with a lot of the weight right on the front axel. I was surprised they actually made it. Be careful here-bigger may be better. Check the weight of your trailer against the total weight -that number should be at...
This trailer was GVW rated at 11,000 pounds, was old but had good tires. Looked to be 16 to 18 footer. They made it home-about 20 miles away with no issues.

Decided to add Solargizers to my A3. Have them on my 5-ton but found they are mostly covered with snow as they are mounted on top of cowl. They also trap water up there which can cause rust. Given the 5-ton panels are laying face up and the winter sun angle up here is so shallow, I decided to...
I have just got my homemade hitch out of welding today. She is going on my M36A3 and will bolt to the rear frame rails-no new holes to drill. The cross bar is a 4" x 1/4 sq tube. Bought the recvr tube from E trailer-its a 3" so I can use big stuff. I will be bolting it up this weekend. Plan on...
