    Installed a Sweet kill switch in the humvee (pics soon) other than that i have been trouble shooting a weird issue. At 35mph (and ONLY at 35mph) i get a shake.     Thanks for the Diagram but i really know nothing of this nature. Is this what i will see when i unplug the power to the ECU and open the cannon plug or what ever its called? Just done know where to look or start but I'm a very fast learner.

    She run's GREAT! A bit hard starting but it may be just be me or Glow plugs? I think I might have one of your cover for the 12" duct? i have 3 12" covers and only 2 Ducts. Also I'm selling my ECU.

    Touched up my the cammo on the Humvee and the pioneer tools. I don't plan on using the tools, just for show.

    NOPE! No stock bracket. I made my own bracket out of a piece of aluminum extrusion. Super strong. And there is no load to bear, the pipe is Rock solid.

    The anti-Seize was used for more of lucubration purposes and yes for easier disassemble if need. It works better than wheel bearing grease. the Humvee did come part pretty hard (nearly 30 yeas old) the bolts were stuck and a little rusty. so i took care of that issue.     Removed all the shims and it looks 100% better and rides pretty good. Cleaned and lube all the bolts and painted over everything. Here's how its looks now...

    Yes. I have a few NOS boots in stock and these CV Axels are easy and i have a partner and air tools.

    got one side done. noticed i had a bad inner Cv boot so i also replaced that. I cleaned all bolts and Anti- seize them all. It when t pretty good.

    Yeah the primer bulb is good. its nice and hard. Everything looks clean and clear. I do warm the glow plugs each and every time. if i let it sit for about 2 days it seem to take maybe 5-7 seconds to start and when it does one puff of black smoke comes out and she is running! And it Runs PERFECT...
