You sir must be looking into my brain... That is the exact design I've come up with, except I think I have changed my mind back to a bolt on design. I love how quick the pin system is but I can't guarantee that they wouldn't rattle some. The way i'm going to make them you could use a pin if you...
Thanks for your order Don!!! I think you will be super happy with these sliders. I can tell you guys one thing for sure, these will not be half #$% made. When I build something, I do the best possible job that I can. I really enjoy going down to my shop, turning on the radio and building things...
I didn't think about that, but your right, they definitely would help in that situation. I've started on the 1st sets and will be posting a build thread with alot more pics. If you guys want to place an order just PM me.
Thanks!
Thanks man!!! I could do the sliders for the trucks for $400 plus shipping. You would have to drill through your frame to mount them. But I would send a template that would make it fairly easy.

These are really neat provided it is not too tall to go under your axles. Kind of like a Jack stand and jack all in one.

Not sure what your putting them on but my truck is the M1028. If I give you measurements that is what it will fit. I haven't built a set for the M1009 yet. Although my friends keeps asking me.
They basically mount the same on both sides. The drivers side front mounting plate is more square than the one on the passenger side. The rears both mount above the front rear spring perch. I wouldn't go under the tank with the braces seems like you would have a hard time mounting them that way...
I always say it's better to have and not need than to need and not have. My steering box was working loose weekly just driving on the street, hopefully this will take care of that.
So I got around to building a steering box brace this weekend for my M1028. I noticed the steering getting sloppy awhile back and it turned out to be the bolts holding the steering box to the frame coming loose. I tightened them, but they kept working loose after only a short time. I had read...
