CAT 7155 Manifold rebuild
I have a e mail in to Cat to see price and availability on a rebuild kit . This head was full of gunk inside. I'm testing a upgrade for the 7155 that I believe will add years to its life. CAT 7155 Manifold rebuild
Ok after reading the Cat manual ( SENR7002) a total of 7 times,LOL I decided to build a test unit for the Cat 7155 transmission.I tested a few Trannies I had here and found 2 with Manifold issues.( The most common issue with the transmission) I went out in the lovely rain and pulled the manifold...- R Racing

915/920 Floor mat source?
This looks close to it. McMaster-Carr and go to the upper catigory antistatic mat, then down to Antistatic Antifatigue Sponge Mats. also look under the catigory of antifatigue mats for also some look alikes.- R Racing

915a1 top speed
The Cat 7155 is actually a double over drive trans Being 15th and 16th are both overdrives .Its hard to tell with the 6:17 to 1 ratio in the m916s thru m920s but they still do 63-64 in that configuration.But I bet they fly in the m915s ;-)- R Racing

CAT 7155 Back-up switch, where is it
The reverse Switch is on the trans head between the umbilical cord and trans pressure regulator. you can access it thru the panel in the floor . its a air pressure switch with 2 wires coming off of it. I hope this helps.- R Racing

MEP -004a. DC circuit breaker issues
On the mep-003a they use the same switch for pump,start , and glow plugs ect. Cant remember if the mep-004a is the same ? if so could be a bad switch ?- R Racing
