it came that way, on the the M35a2 the lights are mounted on a rectangleular plate that bolts to the truck with rubber shocks. the M109a3 the rubber shocks are on the light housing and bolt directly to the truck. on the my M35a2 all you have to do is undo the bolts and rotate it 180 degrees...

M1028A2/3 with maintance bed with NP205 transfer case. don't know what axles i have. i am machanically retarded, i can barely put diesel in it. i have not got it to my mechanic for a onceover. when it get my checkup report i will let you know more.
it is the standard 24/12 system, here is a better pict.
the truck is listed as a M1028A2/3 which is a dually. i guess the box was addapted.

sorry to hear about that, but, glad the turds did not get it. just got my M1031 and would flip out if that happened to me. i had a fard 4x4 stollen when i was 17 and it took me 2 1/2 years to pay it off after it was stollen. i always make sure i have insurance now. but they don't sell flip...
