With a new tank you will need all the old stuff out of the old tank. The Guard must keep there trucks full at all times in case of emergency, weather or other.
Have you taken the injectors out and have them cleaned & tested? You can have one not closing all the way. There can be lot of things wrong with 1 or more of them. The truck did sit 15 years right? One bad injector can do some damage to. You did a great job on the paint job. Shame you couldn't...
I meant no fuel a injector fuel line, did not take out injector. No air at fuel filter has stream of fuel, no air at manual fuel pumpat injector pump side, no fuel at fuel line. Was running than stopped suddenly. Cranked and cranked no fuel to injector.
I got the truck at a GSA auction, they...

Halftrack let's get the story right: I did not go anywhere or talk to anyone with a crappy attituide ( at the Glen Burnie MVA or at GL which was very helpful.). When doing business having a crappy attituide will get you no where. I aways deal with Glen Burnie MVA. I never been to beltsville MVA...
You didn,t say if you have 1 or 2 batteries. All M880's are 12volt at the motor ( elec parts< starter, dis. lights) the military radios are 24 volt. Only way you can have 24 volts is you have 2 batteries wired for it with only one alt.
