    no need to worry about the fuel spilled on the gasket for the intake right? The head gasket I could see it being a problem.

    using my friends torque wrench. My cousin is out of work before me. He's going to start taking it apart. Have the new gaskets on order. Didn't know about cleaning the threads and putting sealant on the head bolts.. That'll be done to Thanks maybe if I'm lucky have done after work

    clean the threads and use sealer on the studs.. never knew you needed to do that.. pretty sure we taking it back apart... checked the torque with my friends new snapon.. all the intake bolts were lose.. aua

    good morning. My cousin is now 15. Ended up with the M1009 for him. Trucks in great shape. Got a pretty cheap. Missing a few things and the motor needed work. This weekend I was going to help my cousin with the top end. Guess he didn't feel like waiting. He did the head gaskets, ARP studs...

    just found out.. i put the pine on the injection pump in the wrong hole.. bolts dont line up.. taking it back out:cry::evil:

    just checking.. intake goes to 40lbs and the inection pump gear bolts are 25lbs? i have the tms for some reason the reader is not working.. keeps freezing my computer.. no idea why anyway thanks

    never had that part in the middle pop out like that.. not sure what its called...other pumps i have laying around the center part doesnt pop out.. know what i mean?

    is this normal? installing the injection pump center part poped out this just happened putting in the pump does this matter? i hit it on the coolant crossover.. i hope not. need to get this done.. thanks

    i dont thin think its is. if its shifting hard there is a reason real easy to figure out just take a little time

    one thing i never changed was the modulator. got one from my friends work for 14 bucks and its adjustable too. ****s great now.. nice and smooth.. didnt think modulator went bad
