Can the air line be plugged with an air gauge from Home Depot? And as for putting in a replacement gauge cluster, how do you know which wires go to which gauge? Is it obvious?

If they find that there is an issue with the guages, is it true that they will pull thewhole guage cluster out? I'm assuming they will not replace them, so will the make a price adjustment or give the buyer an option to back out? Since that is not the condition it was bid on.
