    Where to buy manuals.

Like mentioned above you can find them on that auction site. I bought a whole set for cheaper than it was to print at a copy place. In the meantime you can download and read the FREE TM's from here.

    Getting tag in Alabama

Eeyore it shouldn't be that hard. You will need proof of insurance and the bill of sale/title. They will most likely inspect the VIN number when you register it.

    M1009 directional control/turn signal switch

You can rent a steering wheel puller for cheap. Shouldn't be too hard to switch. Just take your time and pay attention to how things are coming off. I like to snap a few pics with my cellphone as I go so you can see how things need to go back on.

Do you know what this radio equipment is?

Thanks CARNAC. Was something that came up in a search and pictured in a CUCV. Would you know as setup typically seen in the M1009?

Do you know what this radio equipment is?

I'm trying to learn what radio equipment would have been in a M1009. I would like to pick the equipment up for my truck. It doesn't need to work, want it more for looks. If someone could give me some model numbers that I can research and learn about. I appreciate any help you can provide.
