    Medium tow bar feet ?

Why not just get a $1.79 bushing at your local farm store?

    8 bolt or 12 bolt?

Ditto on the availability of 8 botls. There were 1200 sold through GL this week at Texarkana. They bring about $10, with a tire.

    8 bolt or 12 bolt?

Either will work. I have a set of each on an M1008. With spacers of course.

RE: k5 blazer Nice looking truck! If it is not someone's hack job, maybe this truly was a prototype. How/where did you acquire it? What does the title/registration say?

    Upgrading to radials

Using only the outer dual can reportedly cause problems. If you want singles and you want them to line up, you need to flip hubs and get new rims unless you want a real skinny track. Otherwise, just run radials as duals. You can go with 11R20s and it will look and ride great.

    Upgrading to radials

If you flip the rear hubs and you use the dual outside tire, the track will be too wide. Some guys have left the hubs alone and just removed the inside duals for a single look. Front and rear track will not be the same and you have the possibility of premature bearing wear.

    M127 from PA to VA?

The kingpin is the same as civilian but I don't think the M127 has 12V lights.

Info, tips, things to watch for, things I need to know, etc.

RE: Info, tips, things to watch for, things I need to know, The first thing you need to know is that you should get the operator's manual and study it. It will help you a lot!

Problem solved. Steelsoldiers is great! The rims are HEMTT split rings. See pics here: http://tinyurl.com/yup93p

    Shipping?

I would expect to pay $3.00 to $3.50 per mile for 2 deuces on a semi.

    M920 Contact Info Needed

Well I tried the 2 piece HEMTT wheels and ran into a little snag. They work great on the back, but do not fit on the front! The hubs are so large that the valve stem assembly on the rim hits the hub. I tried to reverse the wheel so the valve stem is on the outside and then rim bolts hit the...

    Upgrading to radials

They look to be at least 12R20.

    Upgrading to radials

You mean 14.5s though, right? I had that setup on my deuce and then sold the set to Readyman. He has one of the best looking deuces I have ever seen!

    Upgrading to radials

Bruce, a deuce with dual 11R20 XLs = [thumbzup] That is one of the best looking setups around.

    Upgrading to radials

Others may like it, but my opinion is that stock rims on a deuce in single configuration look goofy. The rear track is very narrow, compared to the bed width. M135 rims look better, especially if you get a narrow pipeline bed such as Cranetruck. Otherwise, super singles call for new rims...

    Upgrading to radials

:deadhorse: There is quite a bit of info on this if you want to search for it. If not, I'll give you my input and opinions: 1. New rims and tires are the only components needed to convert to singles. You may need to flip the rear hubs, depending on what rims you decide to go with. 2. The...

    52” Michelins

RE: Re: RE: 52” Michelins There are a lot of 4x4 vehicles with hydraulically steered 2.5 ton axles. I have such a setup on my rockcrawler Jeep CJ. It works great for turning the huge tires offroad, but not too good for road use. Streering response can be an issue, not to mention the safety...
