They look like PLS rims to me. They might be hard to find, but not much demand, either.

I can put a normal beadlock insert into a tire in quick fashion using a pry bar. It is the runflat insert that scares me. They are 34" wide which makes a tight squeeze into a 20" hole!

I think I have a few I took off a bridge truck. I'll have to check and see if they are metal or plastic.

You might also be able to use 2 of those rims in the front and stock rims on the back. Front and rear track might be closer.
