Pictures that make your heart sink

I have seen M35 with the brake line locks added. It doesn't take much to retrofit one. A nice feature to have when you have to park on an incline.

    10 bolt wheels

Ideally, you want 2 piece rims from the M939 series 5 tons (A1 or A2 models). FMTV and HEMTT rims can work, but are not the best choice. For the ones you are looking at, how many bolts hold the rim together, 10, 12, 16 or 20?

m35 lengh / rear axle removal mod

We must have different interpretations of the term. Anytime a bed and frame is shortened, I consider it 'bobbed". When I hear "conversion", I think of an astro van with comfy velour seats and a wood dash! :-) If you search the forum for "conversion" you will get a lot more hits, but few are...

    Question about HMMWV Beadlocks

To be honest, I have never mounted or dismounted one of these. I bought several dozen from GL that were already on the rims. It might be a while before I exhaust my supply and have to break one down.

Pics or opinions on hauling 2 M105A2 trailers? On 1 trailer.

Looks like an 18' trailer would be just about right.

    Question about HMMWV Beadlocks

Here are the 2 styles of HMMWV rims and tires on my M1008s. I used 2" wheel spacers to offset the huge backspacing. They work great for me.

    Unknown towbar

These adapters with 1.5" pins should also work with the medium heavy tow bar.

    Unknown towbar

What are the adapters on the left in the pic? Are they for use with the standard 5 ton chain with pear ends?

    Unknown towbar

It would be nice to have a set of those. Then 1 towbar could handle everything from a HMMWV to a HET.

    Unknown towbar

I have seen those medium heavy bars before as well. I think I have some adapters that are 1.5". Do you have any pics of the 1" and 3/4" adapter combos? Any extra adapters available for sale?
