I need shear pins for the front winches on M809 series 5 tons. Does anyone have any or have a good source? I have contacted several places and so far only Memphis has responded that they have them ($$$). I would buy a dozen or so if I can find a reasonable price.

Cool video! Did I see one of those radar gun trailers that shows your speed as you go by? I couldn't quite make out the numbers. What was the speed? Sounded like about 53 mph.

Not having a motor can be a major obstacle when buying a vehicle. To got top dollar, you should go ahead and do the install of the motor before you sell it.

There are different ways of accomplishing this. The cheapest (free) is to simply remove the rear driveshaft. 4 bolts each end. The preferred way is to get a desplined axle shaft and use a lockout hub on one side of one rear axle to allow engagement/disengagement at your discretion...
