Read the TM's and inspect every part of your brake system. Your deuce has a single circuit brake system which means one leak will cause the entire system to fail. The TM's have a troubleshooting section. Follow that. Learn the brake system from the TM's then inspect yours.
We came across a guy who decided to take his Bronco II, with stock tires aired up, no lift, no lockers, etc... off trail and into mud. The result is in the pictures.
