here some pics of the 37s.. just a thought. found 3/4 ton axles out of a 78 k20 ready to colt into a k5 300 bucks there out there

6 are for the old and the 12 are for the new.. not sure. someone told me they both have a dot stamp. pretty sure. to think of it get 3/4 ton axles. there cheap. 2 to 400. 4.10 gears is common. a friend killed the 400 with 35" tires on stock axles.

i have a axles out of a bbc crew cab. look for a set of them. they have 3.73 gears. would think that would be a big help if you just want to drive on the road

there is a copper washer under the injector. did you try tighten down whole injector? think its a 3/4.

thanks its all stock other then a kit to stiffen the main caps. stock pump it is. save the other one for the rebuilt balanced 6.2 i will do this winter. not sure if its a db4. ones i got a from a friend. were used in early 90s buses.

i have both. going to a turbo. going to get rebuilt pump and injectors at the same time.. not sure if the 6.5 pump is worth the extra 200. heard a lot from a bunch of different people. not sure . what do you guys think?? thanks

coulf be stuck on the hub. didnt think of that. there is no slot for the adjuster.

last time the trucks was used or moved. was in 2000. driver side front wheel is locked. was going to take off the caliper. the driver side rear drum is stuck. my buddy was hitting it with a hammer. thought he was going to crack it. didnt move at all. any ideas?? thanks

i got to talk to the owner. rebuilt 400 new torque converter 500 that seems pretty good

the guy that does my tranny work says the torque converter is spitting out metal pieces and failing. so that goes through the tranny and just wrecks it. heard from a friend he just wants to sell my a tranny. all i should need to do is. replace the torque converter and the pieces are in the...

a friends 1008 has a Detroit in the front.. seems like he lost some steering.
