I run 90 to 100% wmo in my truck and it had the diesel only sticker on the oil canister before I changed it out. I think it sounds a lot better on oil and seems to run about the same. There is a little bit of power loss when you get up into the 100% range on motor/gear oil. ATF is like sweet...
Just to add to the thread in a meaningful way, a different thing to take into consideration is that the tires would lower your breaking ability on their own just by being a greater diameter, then you have to consider that by removing an axle you are just taking about 800 pounds of gear off the...
You could loosen the drain on the primary filter when the engine is not running to see if anything is coming out. That's what i did to test mine. Mine spat WMO in a good solid stream.
When I got mine, I was lucky enough to have a good seller that let me stay on his property for about 3 hours PMing the thing. He then helped me fix the Xs.
But yeah, never believe anything you are told and follow the golden rule as much as you can would be my input on this.
Tell one to hold his Kevlar against the exhaust and the other to floor it and hit the starter. Usually does the trick. This is how we got the ones we had in Bosnia to start on the cold days.
I made a baffle for the heater to push it out to the sides so instead of dealing with hot hurricane force winds in the passenger seat, our pant legs were just flapping. When I get my 12 volt wired up I think I will do that too.
