None of the actual ride, sorry. Me and my bro took her out today, just got the mirrors back on and she hadn't been out in WAY too long. New windshields aren't in yet so we ate some bugs...
FYI for anyone interested, if you want to see what these will look like full size, print the designs marked "front" out so they are 4" to a side, and the ones marked "back" 10" to a side- it should give you some idea of what it will look like on the shirt.

It's definitely worth a look, their collection is MUCH more expansive than I would have expected. No cargo M35's, though.... They did have 3 half-tracks, though, one of which was the quad-50 AA gun setup, which was saweeeeet.
Anywho, just my [2cents]
Just got back from a road trip, on the way back stopped at the Heartland MV museum in Lexington, Nebraska. First off, it is WELL worth the visit, stop if you can!!
Secondly, left steelsoldiers.com and rally info with the guy working there, he's gonna pass it on to the group. Hopefully we'll get...

As for me, I've got...
Haven't seen much of this with the Deuce, though I'd imagine if you had one that's real low you could use that as a selling point. When you start getting into the WWII era Jeeps, a low SN is a big plus. Most guys know their serial number and exactly where it fits into the production line...
Well, after months of inactivity due to school, progress was made on the Deuce last night! I got both the windshield frames apart in preparation for new glass (more on that coming soon), and started getting some paint on! My dad had done a little painting before this, but it sure was nice to...
*is idiot*
So I just glanced through the thread and realized I never sent you that TB I said I'd make up. Here it is:

My biggest problem critter-wise up to this point has been wasps - when I first moved it into the barn I cleared out at least a dozen nests scattered about. It had been sitting dormant outside for quite a while at that point. Mice are annoying but wasps hurt!! [:)] Did it on a nice cool day...
