Sounds like a brake shoe is loose on one end, and binding against the drum. Happened to me with my old bus. Had to take it apart, got the drum turned, and reinstalled the same brakes. Works great now.

Could you put a female trailer plug on both ends and plug one into the driven truck, plug the other end into the towed truck. Would that feed the circuts for the rear lights? If they are there and functioning that is.
Well, I drove my deuce for about 100 miles with the headlights on and no alternator- so basicly, if you park it on a hill, you don't even need the electrical system.
The batteries did run the lights and the intank pump fine, and still had plenty of juice left, even after restarting the truck 6...
I meant 90% of the personnel that worked for the Norfolk DRMO no longer work there- GL has taken over almost all the warehouses. BUT, you can no longer go screen property on the DRMO side of the house, and can no longer just drop it off and fill out some paperwork, you have to do all that online...

From the DRMO side, I know from talking to the few guys I know that still have jobs in the Norfolk DRMO (they let 90% go recently), things are really going down hill. With the new consolidation, most commands are deep sixing stuff (literally) instead of going...
