Is there a hand primer on the motor? I'm not familiar with the CAT motor but if it has a primer can't you verify fuel to the filter and then to the pump? Turning the motor over with one injector loosened?

Drain the air tanks in order as the manual states. Even with the air dryer water still finds it's way in the air tanks.

I opened up the muffler and picked up allot more bottom end Power. Both my A2's run warm. I would be a little concerned for higher temps.

How long did you wait to hit this sand after you pushed the sand option on the CTIS? I have two M923A2's and both need about 5 minutes to fully deflate to consider them sand ready.

Bottom line. You need to find another 24 volt truck to jump it or separate all the 12 volt batteries and charge one at a time or buy ( not a bad idea having one) 24 volt battery charger. Unless your battery savvy I would not recommend separating the batteries. One wrong move with the wrench and...

I may be wrong but is the EPA involved in all imports even one off's? Non of the UK equipment or any other European Armies machines can meet the USA TIER standard.
