    Od iron I tried to get a quote by e- mail, which seems to be the only way to contact them. I never did get a response. Ordered all my stuff from Memphis today, be here in 4 days.

    RE: Distributor Unless yours is worn out, or has been screwed with, you should be able to repair it. I can see about one, and I know there are some civy ones where I got mine, that will fit your truck. PM me with a wish list, and I'll see what I can do-:-)

    New life MINE WAS TO RECEIVE A SIMULAR FATE, HEADED FOR SCRAP, when I saved it. I just picked up a new distributor( mine had the advance weights taken out and welded solid) the RIGHT carb, and a new water pump!!- Can't believe I found the mother load of parts, at least for a short time...

    I have a friend who has a 43' GMC 6X6 in pretty decent shape. After helping me on some of my toys, he's grown an interest to repair/ restore his truck. Any idea where to find doors/sheetmetal for the CCKW ?? Thanks :grd:
