So doing some searching on SS once I realized I have an eather system as well. So are you suggesting the code thrown is asking for something that isn't there at all?

I don't have the exact code the CAT mechanic pulled but the verbiage was "Air intake heater low voltage out of range."

I just put .5" smoked acrylic on mine. Turned out nice. The only issue was that it really needed to be 49" and the sheet size is 48xwhatever... only gave me about a half inch tolerance around the edge.
