They might work on a Hemmit rim , But The A3 o-rings are about 5mm diameter and my new o-rings for my hemmit rims are about 8mm diameter . Although only 3mm difference the hemmit o'rings look almost twice as thick . I would be worried about getting a good seal if used for a hemmit rim .
I can not believe we are not using much more of this technology . These vehicles could easily be set up with a weapon to enter first in close quarters combat . All for less than $2500 . Wireless video for vehicle and weapon and could easily add a pvs14 for night vision . One guy running the...
I guess I used a poor choice of words . My guess was that it collapsed , or folded rearward. I also understand your point . If the gear sunk completley into the ground and did not collapse I would be amazed. I know they take a beating on aircraft carriers , but the 16 is not flown off carriers...
My geuss is the F-16 pilots figured instead of landing on the numbers, they would touch down further down the runway so the crowd would get a better view of touchdown . I see no mechanical failure . All that weight on the nosewheel during hard braking on soft ground it just ripped the nosewheel...
The legs are correct for the M35A2 . I also think the ring is for a Humvee . VERY hard to find . I would think it is worth $1250 - $1500 . I may also know of a buyer .
If someone would trade me hemmitt rms for my A3 rims I would do i in a heartbeat . The fact that 395's do not fit the A3 rims bead style is a disadvantage unless somebody is dead set on using harder to find 14.5x20 tires that are in good shape . Converted hemmit rims are not cheap .
I work in a body shop . When Progressive insurance writes an estimate it is the WORST of the worst . That means that they do not pay to get the job done correctly and if they do not pay to do it right , it will not get done right . My suggestion is if you have Progressive is RUN RUN RUN . They...
I had a gasoline miller bobcat 250 . As soon as I got my mep003 I sold it . It was noisy and sucked more fuel then the mep003 . I did not really need the welding part of the bobcat though since I allready have a mig and tig welder . I figure if I need to weld in the field I can use the 003 for...
I was asked if my truck was modified by my insurance company, It was not modified though . I figured if it was they would tell me no insurance for you . If you find someone that will cover it you may want to move your other vehicles to them .
The regulators have rubber diaphrams that get dry and crack and will leak . When I got my A3 the reg was shut off . I now have it crankd all the way up and it seems to cause no problems . When mine starts to leak I will just eliminate the reg . If I ever have problems I can turn the air off on...
I appreciate te the separate thread on the bogie wheels . I may be in need of the service that company provides and I may not have discovered them without the other thread .
Thanks
The guy in CA that sells trucks on EGAY must have a good source . He puts one on just about every truck he sells and they are not demilled .
While bolting the M66 ring on my 548 I was thinking that with the 548 being alluminum the ring does offer a tiny bit of rolover protection and was hoping...
1 looks good.
2 Sounds awesome , kind of like an old radial aircraft engine .
3 For someone that lives in the country it is very usable .
4 Makes for a great gun mount .
5 History intrigues me and these trucks are full of it .
