Yes you can put a turbo on a NA truck. The military converted most of the N/A's to turbo to clean up the exhaust smoke. All you have to do is bolt on the parts and you really should re-time the engine to the turbo setting but I think a couple members left the timing alone and not a problem...

For the cost of shipping a deuce from WI to CA will run you a full load and about 4 bucks a mile! I would have got one a tad closer to home If I had to have it shipped. I just picked two up from TX and we drove them back to WI (1200 miles) and it still ran me about $1K per truck in fuel
