I would bet the injection pump head is frozen.... its replacement time. we had to do that to my last deuce.. it took about 30 min.

yeah that is very tall gear.. like 45 MPH all wound out in OD (deuce or 5 ton OD trans) at 2600 RPM lol even with a 53" tire. Hey Locada57 Has one of them and it runs!

If you do a search you will find all the info you need on checking the Injection pump, glow plug control card, temp sensor. There is too much info to post on what the fix couple be... do a search and your answers will be found.

I put a Gasser deuce harness in a gasser 5 ton about 5 years ago. Really the only thing we had to change was extend the head and marker lights and extend the rear a couple feet. just cut and add some wire to the things that dont reach.

YOu will love the extra tanks when you have the AIR O **** system.. I drove Gilberts Deuce (Aberdeen and Haspin) and at low engine speeds and lots of turning you can drain the QUICK.

They are for supporting the spring shackle mount.... I have replaced LOTS of them and patched a couple frames.. If you got the slap them on. Cant hurt this is for sure.

Yeah buy a new one.. your going to brake it taking it apart. There not made to come apart. For 75 bucks you can get a brand new not NOS but new valve.
