What has happened to the pictures in the rest of the site. Looked at one of my posts from last weekend and it says there are attachments but nothing shows up. Tried to post new pictures and was told they where in the wrong format but jpg is listed as a valid format.

TM 9-2320-361-20 page FP-1 wiring diagram shows two wires on the heater fan motor. It doesn't give colors but shows one used as a quote ( ground lead to chassis body or engine, bolted connection)
Hope this helps.
There are several threads about this discussion that go into detail about where to hook them up and the advantages or disadvantages of this style of heater vs those that install directly into the block. Would be worth looking them up.
Happy hunting!
Thanks again. I have several chevy pickups from the mid 70's to the mid 80's so I just need to choose a donor. May be able to make a template from the pickup firewall to aid in locating the heater unit in the M35A2.

Found a new muffler at a local farm estate auction a while back that was the same diameter as my M35A2 exhaust.
Removed the straight pipe and it fit right in. Only had to weld a piece of slightly modified angle iron on the bottom to secure it like the original
pipe. Made a huge difference. My...
My truck has a tag on the oil dip stick with 15-40 stamped on it. Here in North Dakota that is what I plan to use.
Maybe year round depending on how cold it gets this winter and if I have room in the garage to park it for the cooler months.:)
