Re: RE: Re: RE: EUC Invoices
True. but they KNOW they won't get $2000 if they don't relist it.
Your personal example is a great example of why it's not a good idea. I would guess that a big majority of people who come in 2nd place go on to bid on other auctions.

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: EUC Invoices
That could be true, but you've spent the administrative costs regardless. I think they are most likely trying to recoup those costs..
Re: RE: Re: RE: EUC Invoices
From a business point of view it is probably a lot easier to just click relist than try to get ahold of the #2 bidder, who may not even want the item anymore. Plus, it's probably financial. If they got $2000 on the bid, why let it go for $1800 when they can put...
Robyn,
First, thanks for being available to us. It is really great! Even when we are less than helpful!
As for item descriptions, I did notice when looking around that Barstow essentially has no description. The M1009 I bid on and won listed the year and mileage. That was about it! Other...
RE: Also Waiting
Friday Update:
Per Meredith, Aaron is back in the office today and will have my EUC processed and contact me about any revisions (if necessary) by Monday at the latest.
Just wondered if someone could run over and look at my M1009. I plan on driving it home (~400 miles) and want to know if she's in any condition to do so.
I'd be more than happy to compensate you for time/fuel.
Thanks!
Here's a question: If they are charging up front now, what about the trucks that get picked over after you win? It is now YOUR truck - paid for in full. Wonder if they'll take that more seriously?

Nah, I'm not mad. I just want to make sure that my stuff is getting taken care of! I haven't given names to you because I like that the reps are giving out info, maybe more than they are supposed to. I'd hate to see someone get in trouble over it.
This morning's chat:
GL: Welcome to our live chat service! How may I assist you?
RR: I'm checking on my EUC status from event 3577. It ended August 28th, its now been 8 business days and my account still shows pending EUC submission. I was told it would be for sure updated by yesterday!

RE: Huh
You should be able to take that link and find pics from just about any event. Just change the #'s in event ID and item #. For instance, I just made these #'s up and found pics.

RE: email a signed document?
it's a little ridiculous. You have guys in the event that ended one week before this one who are already picking up their trucks. Our EUC's haven't even been confirmed yet.
