If you think your vehicle would be covered under some "Grandfather" law, a LEO can write a ticket for any kind of unsafe condition he thinks is valid, your only recourse would be making the judge believe you. Wayne

Nope, but I did mange to put diesel in the hydraulic tank on a Ditch Witch once. The real strange thing was the hydraulic tank was where the radiator should have been, so I don't know what I was thinking about. Wayne

If that was true it could have never been de-mill and couldn't have had a title. In fact it could only be stolen Federal property.

and for vehicles a paypal payment is not recommended and is not required.

Never understool why anybody would care about the mileage on a twenty some year old truck.
Even if it really had low miles, that could only mean that it wasn't driven much, which is bad for the engine or it left idling for long times(like airfield use or MP duty) which is even worse.
